Reproduction Fees, User Fees and Terms of Use
Preliminary remark
Any use of reproduction material is subject to fees. User fees are charged regardless of any dues on the part of the copyright owner. All material delivered is billed immediately, user fees are charged as soon as the voucher print is on hand. All prices charged are in € (Euro). If material has to be mailed, package and postage will be additionally charged. Invoices are due immediately without deductions. Marbach am Neckar is the place of jurisdiction and performance ; the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany also apply to deliveries abroad.
