Reduced entry / discounts:
Youth under 18 years, students, basic military service members and volunteer service members, visitors over 65 years, severely disabled (one accompanying companion free), recipients of unemployment benefits II, holders of the SWR2 Kulturkarte and the SüdBest Card, members of the BDK (trade association for art education).
Children up to 6 years, members of the DSG, the Friends of the DSG and of the Marbach Schiller Association, press personnel, members of the German Museums Association, of the Museumsverband BaWü and of the ICOM, holders of the StuttCard and the Landesfamilienpass and of vouchers.
Marbach pupils can visit the museums free of charge.
A maximum of 75 visitors are allowed to be in the Museum of Modern Literature at the same time and a maximum of 50 visitors in the Schiller National Museum at the same time. A registration isn't necessary, only guided tours must be booked in advance. All visitors are obliged to wear safety masks for the mouth and nose area and to wear protective gloves. Our visitors receive gloves and maps and, if required, masks for the mouth and nose area for a fee of 50 Cents for the museum tour accompanied by the motto #DistantVisiting. The selling of the Marbacher Magazin according to the exhibition ›Hölderlin, Celan und die Sprachen der Poesie‹ can be carried out within the museum for 20 EUR, the catalogue for the permanent exhibition ›Soul‹ will be sold for 30 EUR.
For the safety of other visitors and our employees, we are unfortunately unable to admit guests who wish to enter our premises without a mask, even if they can present a medical certificate.
