Explanation
Phantastischer Film nach der Vorlage von Bürger, Kästner und Raspe. Zum Jubiläum "25 Jahre UFA" hatte Reichspropagandaminister Goebbels eine Farb-Verfilmung in Auftrag gegeben, für welche Kästner das Drehbuch schrieb. Spielzeit 134 min. Uraufführung am 03.03.1943, in Berlin, Ufa-Palast am Zoo. In der Titelrolle Hans Albers. Der Film bescherte dem Werk und seinem Urheber eine bis heute anhaltende Nachwirkung.
