Legal and Contractual Basis

The archiving of the online sources is conducted on the basis of individual agreements. Sources are only admitted when the exploitation rights (replication or replication and redistribution) are awarded, either on an individual basis or globally via a CC-license. The framework of individual agreements allows for different variants of the granting of rights.
